Adriel delivers guidance and results by overseeing all facets of your loved one’s medical care through patient advocacy and medical care management services. Adriel works closely with your doctors to ensure optimal treatment throughout the patient’s medical journey.

There are many moving parts in healthcare when someone is ill or injured. Adriel jumps in and assembles the necessary team of experts – physicians, physical therapists, registered dieticians, RNs, etc. Then, we coordinate and manage the team, so you can focus on providing your loved one with companionship and support. Be as hands-on as you like with care, or step back and let Adriel Care Management handle it all.
Aging Parents:
Whether you live near or far from your aging parent, issues with their care and supervision may grow to be more complex and demanding than you can comfortably manage. Adriel Care Management, in collaboration with the family and the individual, organizes and manages all aspects of care. Adriel’s goal is to meet an individual’s and/or family’s comprehensive health needs via coordinated resources to promote wellness, quality of life, cost-effective outcomes, and most important – peace of mind.

Gina brings a wealth of expertise to the healthcare industry, boasting a dedicated career that spans numerous years. Armed with both a BA and Graduate degrees, she has elevated her proficiency by obtaining certifications in Gerontology and End of Life Care.
In 2013, Gina commenced a transformative journey with Cerna Home Care, assuming the role of a care manager specializing in cognitive stimulation and client-focused care. Having successfully coordinated and managed the care of numerous clients, she went on to establish Adriel Care Management in recognition of the growing need for specialized services. Gina currently serves as the President of Adriel Care Management, specializing in medical, geriatric, heart, and neurological conditions
Gina’s steadfast commitment to clients, caregivers, and healthcare providers has positioned her as a key player in delivering optimized managed care services. Her efforts have not only ensured reliable services but have also cultivated a robust network of caregivers, managers, and providers dedicated to meeting the unique healthcare needs of Nashville and surrounding areas. Her passion for enhancing the quality of care is evident in her comprehensive approach and collaborative spirit within the healthcare landscape.
